Ethical Business Practices
What are Spectre International's Main Ethical Business Practices?
- To protect your reputation and ours, we require all of our directors, employees and consultants to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. This means they must practice fair dealing, honesty and integrity in every aspect of dealing with other Spectre employees, the public, the business community, customers, competitors and government authorities.
- Our company policy forbids directors and employees from taking unfair advantage through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or other unfair-dealing practices.
- We prohibit unlawful discrimination against employees, shareholders, Directors, officers, customers or suppliers on account of race, color, age, sex, religion or national origin.
- We make it clear to our people that all persons shall be treated with dignity and respect and they shall not be unreasonably interfered with in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.
- We enforce a policy that no Director or employee should be misguided by any sense of loyalty to the Company or a desire for profitability that might cause him or her to disobey any applicable law or Company policy. Violation of this policy constitutes grounds for disciplinary action, including, when appropriate, termination of employment.
